Fall is in the air and with that comes a new season full of sports and with that, ankle movement is going to be something you want to continue to work on. Check out a few exercises to work on your ankle mobility. If you have difficulty getting to the bottom of your squat, these may help. Test first. If they need work, work on it and retest. You should see some change. Don't push into pain.
