It’s been awhile since we last posted a video, so today we decided to tackle stiff hips. Our hips have a huge role when it comes to the movements of our knees, ankles and low back. Take a minute to test yourself and your hip flexion, and if work is needed give this exercise a try. Remember to test both sides, work on it, and then re-test yourself.
